📌 Where do I workout?
At home, in a gym, outside, up a tree, wherever you want. That's the beauty of FREEDOM my friend - it's entirely up to you!
📌 Do I need equipment?
Nope! We have tonnes of bodyweight-only workouts that'll keep you going for months. When you're ready to take the next step we have plenty of options with dumbbells/kettlebells/resistance bands too.
📌 What if I’m a complete beginner?
No worries! Workouts are designed for all levels. You’ll get modifications to suit you and advice for progressions and regressions anytime you need.
📌 Can I cancel paid membership?
