This week I have been busy uploaded THREE new workouts to our Members Library and YouTube Channel for use anytime and my favourite has to be this 30 minute Ta-Dart-A Workout which is a fun, advanced fat burning workout using 20:10 Tabata HIIT Intervals and "random" reps for exercises between rounds as chosen by my average dart throwing skills.
Will we hit the bullseye? Only one way to find out...
