HUNCHBACK / DOWAGERS HUMP / ROUNDED SHOULDERS
A common issue, particularly as we get older and usually a result of:
‼️ Weak back
‼️ Tight chest
‼️ Poor posture
How do you fix?
✅ Strengthen your back
✅ Stretch your chest
✅ Work on posture
This exercise is one of many I would use with clients and a great place to start at home (or on a bench in gym) with very light dumbbells or a couple of baked bean tins.
Repeat 10 reps of this exercise daily to see if it helps.
Control > Speed
