Christmas and Cinnamon are a match made in heaven in my view and although this recipe contains "ice cubes" which I feel we've all seen enough of this week in UK, I still think this simple smoothie is worth adding to your recipe list, and at under 200kcals per portion and an impressive 22g Protein your body will be pleased too.
