The reality is, your nutrition and how you manage your lifestyle is far more important when it comes to losing weight and reducing body fat.
Cardio is fantastic.
You should definitely do it.
Just do it with the intention of feeling good and improving your overall health and fitness rather than to āburn caloriesā or ātorch fatā as I heard some melt saying this week.
FUN FACTS:
ā You can lose weight without doing any cardio
ā You can burn body fat by simply going for a walk
ā You can be super fit and still be overweight
Now if you read those correctly youāll realise the question āWhich cardio is best for fat loss?ā is actually quite irrelevant.
Focus on food for fat loss.
Do cardio for fitness and health.
