If you could nail only ONE habit with health right now I’d put “hydration” right up the top of your list of importance. Not only will water keep you alive and help your organs function effectively but it's also proven to help fight illness and speed up weight loss.
💧 Aim for minimum 1.2 litres a day 🥤 Keep a cup or bottle near you at all times 🚽 Check your levels next time you pee (see chart below)
