The new year excitement has well and truly got to me! I'm very pleased to announce that I'll be trialling a reboot of our infamous LIVE Online Classes starting on Monday, January 6, 2025. These classes are back, and they are coming bigger and better than ever before!

What to Expect


Get ready for a 45-minute ONLINE strength and cardio class that will get your heart pumping. You’ll build your biceps all from the comfort of your own home. Here’s what you can look forward to:


  • Fun and Friendly Environment

  • Suitable for All Fitness Levels

  • Dumbbells or Baked Bean Tins Required

  • Options for Low Impact or High Impact Provided Throughout


Since this is a LIVE and Interactive session on Zoom, it's best enjoyed with your camera turned ON. This way, I can provide technique feedback as we go. If you prefer to join anonymously, that’s absolutely fine too—just follow along with me on your screen!
