- Choose a light weight
- Perform 10 x REPETITIONS of exercise
Too easy?
- Pick up a slightly heavier weight
- Perform 10 x REPETITIONS of exercise
Repeat until you struggle to hit those last few repetitions and then note down the weight somewhere so you can start with that on your next workout.
You’ll soon progress 🆙 the weights over time.
